How do you hang your pool towels?

In Arizona we have block wall fences.  It is difficult to hang things from them as you don’t want to crack the blocks.  I turned to Pinterest to find a way to hang our swim towels to keep them off the furniture and away from scorpions.  All you need is a pallet or two, some paint, hooks or hangers and there you go.  I believe DH used some type of over-the-wall hanger on the back to hang them.  I made two: one by the pool and one by the spa.
